Jaldapara National Park lies in the floodplains of the Torsa River in West Bengal's Alipurduar district. Its tall grasslands, riverine forest, and woodland support one of India's important one-horned rhinoceros populations outside Assam, along with elephants, gaur, deer, and rich birdlife. The park is a classic Dooars wildlife destination and pairs well with nearby Buxa, Chilapata, and tea garden circuits.
