About This Park

Kalesar National Park lies in the Shivalik foothills of Haryana near Yamunanagar and shares a wider ecological corridor with forests of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. It is one of Haryana's richest forest ecosystems, with dense sal and khair forest, seasonal streams, leopards, deer, wild boar, jungle cats, and occasional elephant movement.
