Kanger Ghati National Park protects a lush section of Bastar's forested landscape south of Jagdalpur, combining mixed forest, streams, gorges, waterfalls, and cave systems such as Kutumsar and Kailash. It is one of the more visitor-friendly protected areas in Chhattisgarh because its scenery, geology, and wildlife can be appreciated in a shorter itinerary from Jagdalpur.
