About This Park

Vansda National Park protects one of Gujarat's greenest forest pockets in the humid south of the state. Unlike Gujarat's better-known grassland and dry-forest parks, Vansda is defined by thick moist deciduous woodland, lianas, streams, and a quieter nature-travel feel close to the Dangs cultural and ecological landscape.
